Monthly AI estimates

Your subscription includes 10 successfully generated new AI estimates per billing cycle. The allowance resets to 10 at the start of each new billing cycle; unused monthly estimates do not roll over.

Failed attempts, manual edits, reopening, saving, and conversion to change orders do not consume estimates. While subscribed, manual estimates and change orders are unlimited and remain available when AI estimates run out.

Free accounts can complete onboarding and explore BuildAmend, but must subscribe before creating, editing or sending estimates and change orders or generating AI estimates. If you cancel, paid features stay on through your paid-through date. After that, your records stay viewable and printable, approval links you already sent keep working, and nothing is deleted.

Optional extra estimates

Extra AI estimate packs are not available yet. Pack quantities, prices, and usage terms will be disclosed before packs launch. There are no automatic top-ups.
