Refund Policy

Paddle's refund policy applies

Refund eligibility, request periods, and processing for BuildAmend purchases follow Paddle's Refund Policy. We adopt that policy rather than impose a separate or more restrictive refund period. Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this page.

How to request a refund

Visit paddle.net to locate your purchase and request a refund. Have your purchase email and receipt or transaction reference ready. Paddle will assess and process the request under its policy.

For help identifying your BuildAmend purchase, or if you cannot submit a request, email jeremy@buildamend.com. Never send full payment-card details by email.

Canceling a subscription

Canceling stops future subscription renewals; it is not itself a refund request. Manage or cancel your subscription through Plan & AI Estimates in your account. Access continues through the paid billing period unless a refund or other applicable restriction changes your entitlement.
